I love games and I love to help people so when I read that there is a downloadable PC game that has been specifically made to raise money for the Starlight Starbright Children’s Foundation, I just had to post about it here.

Last played music thanks to Last.fm!
October 28th, 2007A long time ago I posted about Audioscrobbler. Since then it’s been rebranded as Last.fm and recently I took a new found interest in it.
As you may have noticed I now have a list of my last played songs located on (the right-hand side of my blog, my favourite tunes page) my Last.fm page. It updates every so often whenever I play a track on my computer which I think is pretty cool. It even allows some songs to be previewed through it! 
Edit as of 28th, November 2007 – I updated the post to reflect the new place that my last played music can be found.
Edit as of 7th, July 2008 – I updated the post as now my Last.fm last played music is only available by clicking on the link which leads to my profile there.
Time to say goodbye to my forum?
September 25th, 2007For a while now no one has been able to access my forum – first of all it was coming up with errors, then there was a forbidden access message. Until tonight I’d not really looked into it because I only had a handful of members and even fewer of us ever posted so it wasn’t a top priority. However, I decided it was time I looked into it a little deeper…
Take That – Rule The World
September 23rd, 2007I’ve been waiting all week for this music video to be shown on TV and I finally got to see it. It’s so good I watched it all three times it was announced it would be on. Hopefully I’ll see it more now on the music channels.
I honestly think it’s one of the best Take That songs I’ve ever heard. I felt like crying when I first heard it… the lyrics are so beautiful and romantic – they fit perfectly with the film they were written for, “Stardust”, clips of which can be seen throughout the video.
Personally I think this will do very well. Perhaps the film will give it a lot of exposure and people who perhaps would not normally think to buy a Take That song might like it enough to. I hope so. I think it deserves to do well.

My Celebrity Look-alikes
May 4th, 2007Someone on a forum I go to linked to her MySpace and on it there was something very cool called “My Celebrity Look-alikes”. This is from a website called My Heritage which is mostly a genealogy search engine, a place to create family based pages and family trees but it can also match a picture of yours to several celebrities that have similar features which you can then post on your blog.
I decided to include my alikes here as I think it’s pretty fun to mess around with. I used one of my favourite and clearest pictures of me. Unfortunately you have to sign up but it’s free and I recommend it to anyone!
